Hi, I need some help with writing a letter, so if you are good at this kind of stuff, can I get your opinion of my letter, before I send it to management? Please?

We are NOT allowed to have BBQ's on our balconies, but no one said anything about having one, in the back smoking area.

So here, is my letter:

To Whom It May Concern,

I am wondering if I could have a coal hibachi for use in the "back smoking section", of ----------------------

It would be a coal hibachi, which I can easily transport, and put out.
Coals do last a long time, and others may use it, (as long as they bring their own food).

211 sq. in. Red Kettle Table Top Charcoal Barbecue

I have asked the other tenants, if they would mind, and it was suggested that I ask "management", before I make this purchase.

Please and thankyou,
Sincerely,

you could change the second paragraph to "a coal hibachi is small, and easy to transport, as well as long lasting and easy for everyone to use" but only if you wanted, otherwise it sounds good and you're making clear that it's for everyone's use in the public area! In my old apartment we did the same thing, bought a little charcoal grill and took it down and outside to the back w picnic tables. Good Luck! Reply
