There are maggots emerging from the baseboard of my apartment. What do I do? Should I get some caulking and seal them in?
HELP!

I am very upset! I don't know what to do, I am messy, but NOT that messy! I have seen the birds fly in the vent between the apartments, I guess, if they die in the walls, the maggots go to town and then when they are finished their feast, they come looking for something else to eat.

You do not have to live in those kind of conditions. . Are other tenants experiencing this is well. To me it speaks volumes that this building definitely has issues. Call your local MP and also the health department. Reply

Move immediately, because with maggots, maybe the building should be condemmed or torn down. Reply

If you can't bring this to the landlord's attention, you can contact your health department and this will be escalated. If you have maggots, there is definitely an issue in the building. Do other tenants have the same problem? Reply

yikes! Yes call the landlord, go to the mngmt office, whatever! There are tenant laws, make sure you know your rights and get them to do their jobs! Reply

I would tell my landlord right away cause that's nasty and you want them gone right. Reply

You need to contact your landlord and get this resolved. If the landlord doesn't do this immediately, contact your government agency that handles rental issues. Reply
