Will robots take over our jobs because they can do it better and faster
Closed

A robot went head–to-head with human bartenders in a cocktail mix-off this week in London, England, testing the age-old question of: man or machine?

Years past innovative farming equipment replaced humans and horses during the industrial revolution. Technogy is getting more
sophisticated.
Here’s the truth: Robots are already starting to take jobs from hourly human workers, and it’s going to continue. You can’t simply put a stop on technology innovation.

People get freaked out whenever there is technological advancement, but the reality is, as AI's are able to more mechanical/service jobs, there will be a rise in need for jobs which require human emotion, empathy etc. such as therapists, artists/musicians, inventors, developers, and many more, there will always be a need for humans in the job world!

Tending bar?
I think a lot of people go into a bar for the human experience and someone to listen to their woes, so i don't think we have to concern ourselves....
Not yet anyway. Lol

I think you're right, but I still avoid self-check-outs, because A) I'm a cashier and B) they never seem to work without help.
