My favourite summer recipe has been vegan protein smoothie bowls. I love having it after my workout because it's light, sweet and has all the right nutrients.

Example recipe:

1/2 block of silken tofu
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
Frozen berries (1/2-1cup)
Splash of dairy-free milk as needed

Blend it all up and put it in a bowl to enjoy!
