Plenty of great Christmas songs, but I'm choosing All I Want For Christmas by Danny Kaye. Can never go wrong with him.

I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas. Sung by Bing Crosby. Makes me think of my Mother who always loved to sing along with this. Living in England at the time, we were always dreaming of a White Christmas, but were only lucky now and again. However when it did snow it stopped all buses, trains etc., so not much fun to get to work, when you had to drive.

My favorite Christmas song is "Hark The Herald Angels Sing" because 29 years ago when I was pregnant, I was alone in my pregnancy, I used to sing it when he was in my tummy while dancing around cleaning up my apartment. So he was born on December 31st,1991. After he was born whenever I sang it, he smiled and laughed and tried to sing with me just cooing away with sweet lil sounds. So when I took him to church, he never went to the nursery I kept him in his carseat on the bench beside me, because he was sooo exceptionally quiet. So when the song Hark the Herald came up for the whole congregation to stand up to sing in church, he was less than a month old and in his carseat facing the rows/pews behind us, he started trying to sing away too! His lil baby sounds were too sweet! EVERYONE had big smiles on their faces watching him! He was simply the cutest and sweetest thing ever!!
That's why I looove Hark The Hersld Angel's Sing!
Thanks for listening to my story and Merry Christmas Everybody!...Lata...Jeanne

My favourite Christmas song is Jingle Bells. I sang it throughout the year as a lullaby to my children and now do the same for my grandchildren. I know it is going to be a good day if I wake up to the lyrics running through my head and if I can't get to sleep at night, I hum it to myself until I fall asleep.

My favourite one is still and has always been ''I saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus''. I learned in early on and when I was about 3 years old, My parents and I lived for some time at my paternal grandparents. There was a stairwell leading to their upstairs rooms with a small landing at the lower level, facing the kitchen. My sister and I were often asked to stand there and entertain and as we both loved to sing and still do to this day, We would stand there and do our renditions of our favourites to please both our parents and grandparents as well and any other friend or relative present. That is where I personally first performed my favourite Christmas song. I am 71 years old now and I remember those little family concerts as if I were still there now. Life is so good when you have these things to grace your memories!

Merry Christmas (War is Over), by John Lennon. This was this Beatle's first and best contribution to the Christmas songlist. At once a celebration of the season and a plea for peace in the same song. Add in a great melody and a choir in the chorus and you have an all time classic Christmas song!

Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas By Judy Garland!
The first time I heard it, I cryed... And that is something for a 10 or 12 year old!!! (if I wsa even that old???) It was in a movie.
Meet Me In St. Louis (1944) – Judy Garland – Have Yourself A ... › watch
Have yourself a merry little Christmas
Let your heart be light
Next year all our troubles will be out of sight
Have yourself a merry little Christmas
Make the yuletide gay
Next year all our troubles will be miles away
Once again as in olden days
Happy golden days of yore
Faithful friends who are dear to us
Will be near to us once more
Someday soon we all will be together
If the fates allow
Until then we'll have to muddle through somehow
So have yourself a merry little Christmas now

Rocking Around the Christmas Tree- Brenda Lee. It always reminds me of the Home Alone scene when he is trying to fake out the thieves by creating a party scene to keeps the thieves away, so inventive and fun! Who doesn't love to dance to this one? The Christmas season hasn't begun until I hear this song. An oldie but a goodie! Merry Christmas to all, may you have fun "Rockin' around your Christmas Tree."
