#Selfcare: Being Outdoors!

I took part in the outdoors challenge, to spend at least 15 minutes outside every day this week!

I went on walks with my mom and boyfriend. I spent time reading and listening to music in my backyard, amongst the flowers and birds! It was SO refreshing and re-energizing to just be outdoors and breathe in some fresh air!

This time of year is the perfect weather for me. It's not so hot that you can't breathe, but it's not yet cold enough to be too unpleasant. There is this perfect amount of freshness and crispness in the air! And this week particularly has been such a nice week weather-wise, it's really been a joy to spend time outdoors! It's lifted my mood too. Reminded me that I should spend more time in nature to help boost my mood :) I feel renewed and much happier when I get outside! Especially when the sun is out ;) Nothing like some good 'ol fashioned Vitamin D!
