Being outdoors, even if it is just in your front yard or on the balcony to get some fresh air and stretch can raise your moral and make your day better. I tend to get out for a walk at least once a day or in the warmer weather go for a spin on the bike to stretch those legs. Exercising helps me clear my mind and reduces stress and re-energize me. I also try to do errands by walking to the grocery store, but this can be difficult if I have lots of items on my list or if the items are heavy and bulky as it can be a chore to carry them back, so I tend to do that with smaller, lighter items and try to keep everything to one grocery bag , or buy what I need for the day and go out the next, but with COVID I try to avoid doing multiple trips to the store.

The fall is one of the best times for walks as it's not too hot or humid and the temperatures are cooler which makes it more enjoyable and you can see the changing of the colors of the leaves on the trees.

I totally agree, my boyfriend and I still try to get out at least once every day, even if he's working, we'll eat dinner quickly so we can still go out and go for a walk or a nice drive etc. It's getting darker, but we'll still find some way to get out, I think you're right, it helps your state of mind and the air etc. feels great.
