#PhysicalWellness

I am aware of huge benefit of Yoga, walk outside, exercise and physical activity to my physical wellness. I am doing all of it regularly,
as all my family, (even the older members), kids and friends also. We are doing that inside and outside and every day of the week.
Exercise, Yoga, walk, meditation is important and a specially when is done outside,- aloud the human body inhaling fresh air and relaxing, releasing daily stress and refreshing the whole system a lots better, than doing all that inside.
