My only question on his statement is ...which affordable place is where people live and be fully looked after, with less crimes, homes built with a good living space and people were better educated? I await the answer as that to me a dream Europa. Anyways I do agree all should pay tax equally and don’t avoid it because you are rich. Reply

It's not just billionaires who do it and I have always thought along the same lines & have said as much (as politely as I could muster) when people have mentioned their tax affairs to me. I do not object to people offsetting legitimate expenses (especially if they are self-employed) but some of the scams were ridiculous. Reply

My other arguement with people paying their share of tax; the rich can then guilt free, enjoy thier lives, knowing they have helped look after the old, the sick and those who's "skills" are those we all need and forget to honour; like the hospital porters & cleaners, and those at the bottom of the pile; we need to remember how lucky we are here in the UK with our Education system; our NHS, police, and the benefits system Reply

I agree with him 100% Ed, and the richer you are the less the impact of paying tax; how much do the rich really need?
Like Phillip Green; head of Arcadia, with almost 3 times more in assets than the hole in the pension pot, so 22,000 people could be jobless soon with some of their pension missing too Reply
