Diamond Painting

Has any of our crafty Tolunans had a go at this? I have just started one, a night time scene. The canvas is marked out in small colour-coded squares a bit like a cross-stitch pattern. The canvas itself is very stick, you have lots of different coloured rhinestones corresponding to the pattern, a little pen for picking them up and placing them onto the canvas to build up the picture. The one I am doing has seventeen lots of colour, all in varying shades of ble, and I have just started on the first one! It's very easy to do, though fairly time-consuming, and the finished products that I have seen look really good.

I’ve heard FanSells do great DP’s, my mum loves doing them! I’ve had a go but got slightly bored as I prefer to chill out on my phone but good on you for sticking to it :) Reply

I do these. I’m doing two at the mo. A sloth for my daughter and a personalised one a friend bought me of my barn owl. Just waiting for my new one of 2 fighter fish. Very time consuming but look great when finished. Reply

With the way my hands are nowadays I'm not sure that I could even build a PC let alone something that fiddly. Reply
