Is it ok to dress your dog

Max thinks he looks great in red. I don't dress him much. However pn a cold day I will put a sweater on him . He is quite adorable. If he has had a recent haircut he sometimes is aittle chilly.

Unless he hates it then do it if he's cold Reply

I don't have any pets but the only time I would dress a dog would be to go outside for walks in the winter and to protect their paws from the ice and any salt on the sidewalks Reply

It doesn't bother me, just don't but them in a stroller and take them out for a walk. Reply

I know it's controversial, and for warmth if you have a tiny or overly skinny dog (greyhounds, etc) obviously a sweater or coat for a walk is okay...but I don't like when people "dress up" their animals...like in little outfits, or for holidays etc. They can't object and they don't know what's going on, and I just always feel bad for them, no matter how many times their owner insists "they like it!" (how do you know??) Reply

If the dog doesn't mind, I don't see why not. What a cutie! Reply
