How to relieve stress...

My arm is going numb, my jaw is clicking, my body is mad at me. Do you have a lot of stress in your life? Is your body showing it? What do you do tomake it better? To get rid of stress and fix your body

Im trying chiro and going to go to acupuncture but massage therapists are all booked up. Stretches are helping when I find time to do it. Getting rid of the root problem would be key, but I don't think I can make the stress hip away with 2 little ones!!!

yes, i have chronic pain and it definitely shows in achy, painful ways...as well my stomach has always been where my emotions fester, so if something negative is going on, you can bet I'll be feeling it in my gut, literally! Reply
