Multi packs

When you are shopping for 4/6 of a product, for example beer, beans or fruit juice, do you buy individual items to avoid the unnecessary plastic or do you go for the multi pack saving.
I have changed how I shop and will only buy single items unless the multiple buy does not involve extra plastic.

Watch the prices : sometimes the multi-pack costs more than the equivalent individual packs. Reply

I only ever get the multipacks - this is why I don’t really buy tinned products in Tesco now! Reply

I buy whatever is the best deal and if it has soft plastic I recycle it with sainsburys, they are collecting soft plastic waste now. Reply

I don't often buy multipacks, when I do, they are in cardboard. I tend to buy tins when they are on offer, or from the market stall where the trader deals in reduced short life tins. I avoid anything packed in plastic, if more people did this the manufacturers would soon remove it from their packaging. Reply
