Hi Jo. My wife also has asthma, and COPD. Sometimes she struggles to get inhalers that work, but usually they don't seem to work very well at all. She gave up ciggies at age 58 (started at age 15, and she is now age 74, but don't let her know I told you that, ha ha !). If you are able to continue to give up, then we will be very proud of you. PLEASE, if you can, keep up your VERY good work. So far, very well done you !! xx Reply
