Use less water by setting your dishwasher on light loads, shorter showers, hang laundry outside on nice days, use energy efficient bulbs, turn off lights and turn down AC or heat when not using a room, compost as much as possible and reduce food waste. These are all small things but I've incorporated them into my daily activities and every little bit helps.

All good ideas. taking a bike to work or shopping won't work for us, we're too far away. I love the idea of more second-hand goods, have been thrifting for decades.

Maybe world governments should ban all those fancy yachts, and private jets .that would be good for the inviroment. It would be a whole lot less fossil fuels being used.

Adopting some or all of the actions posted will help. If we start with one thing we can do on a consistent basis and then add more as we can, will help #SparkaChange
