Amazon 3rd party sellers

I made the mistake of ordering a Christmas tree from a 3rd party seller. The description said pvc realistic and so on it was NOT cheap 20o American. The picture was lovely. Well it delivered today It is big and fat but far from realistic. Whoville is not happy about this new tree.
I have requested a refund. I am not holding my breath. If I don't get a refund until they receive it back forget it. I don't trust that.
Plus it is huge not like I can just mail it right ? I am bummed

I believe they have a 30 day return period, login to your account look at that purchase and you can initiate the return online and print the shipping label. I've returned a few times on Amazon with no issue. Reply

Contact Amazon customer service and tell them what you received and how it is not as advertised. If you are firm in what you want them to do, they generally will refund your money and possibly keep the product as shipping is too costly. We just recently had an issue with a third party seller and Amazon did that for us. I try to stay away from third party sellers on any retail site. Reply
