Christmas in October !

I went to Winners looking for some cute Halloween decor and ended up in an aisle full of Christmas!!! My Lord. It is TOO EARLY!

I mean on the one hand, I find it super pretty and cheery, but on the other hand, I'm like, can we not rush time please?!?

What is the purpose of putting Christmas stuff out so early?

Do you like seeing Christmas stuff in October?

No, it's a bit early, but some stores usually put out some Christmas stuff during the Halloween season Reply

No, not at all. I actually saw a little bit of Xmas stuff near the end of September - it’s ridiculous Reply

The march is ordered many months in advance, and the retailer gets a good wholesale price for early delivery. It has to go somewhere, as most stores don't have a huge storeroom. Reply

Costco has Christmas trees and winter clothing out at the end of Sept. Reply

I think retailers are putting these items out now because of supply chain issues. If they are out now, people will rush to get them. I agree it's very early for Christmas decorations but I saw Halloween candies in the stores in August Reply

I think this year retailers are putting these items out because of the supply chain issues with merchandise and they believe that people will rush to buy them in-store because they may not be available closer to the holidays.
I saw Halloween candies in the stores in August.....
