#WinterWellness

I'm a huge believer that good mental health can massively improve your physical health so here are my tips:

1) No matter how cold it is, get up, wrap up and go for a walk
2) If you're not a fan of veggies, mix them in with a nice stew cause lets be honest, everyone loves a stew and these are perfect for cold wintery days
3) Find a routine and stick to it
4) Vitamin D does wonders for the body, mind and immune system

That's all I've got by way of tips
