#BonusPoints recipe

Stuffing
Cook and mash 3 potatoes and leave to one side
Cut a large onion into quarters, cut a stick (or2) of celery into shorter lengths.
Put the celery and onion into a blender to chop it up into very small pieces.
Lightly pan fry the onion and celery in butter.
Add a selection of dried herbs of your choice, or you can stir in a Knorr mixed herb stock pot.
If you have your turkey cooked take 50 mls of stock from the roasting tin and add it to the mix.
Add the onion, celery, herb and stock mixture to the mashed potatoes and mix or mash all together, if you find the mixture is too dry add some butter or a dash of milk.
Place in an oven proof dish, cover it and place in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
Enjoy with your Christmas dinner.
