Yes. Physical appearance specifically one’s dyed hair cannot be a basis of his/her academic performance, behavior, and morality. I suppose nothing’s wrong with having your hair colored pink or what as long as your comfortable with it. Personally, this is one of the reasons why I wanted to study college in the University of the Philippines. This university advocates and emphasizes the right of every human. We get to wear what we want and lookbecause IT IS OUR RIGHT TO DO DO.

Yes high students dying their hair must be allowed. I believe that physical appearance does not affect one’s academic performance, behavior, or even morality. Does having pink hair even cause you to fail exams? I understand that

i think for high school and elementary students, they should refrain from coloring their hair to avoid allergies or any other illnesses related to having their hair dyed

Yes, I do think that the students are allowed to have colored hairstyles so long as it is not explicitly stated in school rules that colored hairs are not allowed. Because even if students are allowed the freedom ti ezpress themsekves, they are still bound by the rules of the school.
